Job Details
CNC Turn/Mill Programmer, Setter Role :
You will be required to programme at the control and to use Openmind Hypermill to set our Multi axis Lathes which include Doosan Puma/ Nakamura Tome/ DMG/ CMZ & Citizen Sliding heads. (Training would be given on Hypermill where required)
Experience in these machines is preferred but not essential.
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm (Mon to Thurs) 8:00am to 1:00pm (Fri)
Pay Rate: £19.00/hr – £23.00/hr
Overtime available: Available @ Time & Half

Candidate Responsibilities / Requirements :
CNC Turn/Mill Programmer, Setter
* Have good knowledge of reading Drawings and GD&T
* Have a good knowledge of machining a variety of materials.
* Experience working to own initiative
* Punctual & Conscientious
* Flexibility and have a good team work ethic.
* Carry out regular Dimensional & visual checks
* Ensure parts are Deburred / finished to a high standard
* Maintain a clean & safe workspace
* Willing to learn and adapt within this role
* Good knowledge of Fanuc Controls
* Good Knowledge of Openmind / Hypermill and-or other CAM software packages.
