My client based in Westcott, are currently recruiting for and experienced CNC operator and Louvre team leader, to be an instrumental part of the production process team. Your role will be to lead and train a small team to assemble finished products, once the CNC operations are established. Good relationship building skills are essential for this role.
You will be required to have an excellent understanding of specifications, and the ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude and numeracy skills are also essential.
Main responsibilities of the CNC Operator/Louvre team leader will include;
Lead fabrication and assembly of in-house Louvres
Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling
Translate instructions into computer commands
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
Prepare a test run machines, produce outputs according to specifications
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce better results
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Lead, train and oversee small assembly team
Due to the location of my client, it is essential to have your own transport, there is a car park on site.
