Mental Health Pharmacist – Aylesbury – option for hybrid working!
Hunter Gatherer AHP have an excellent opportunity based with a mental health facility in Aylesbury. The service is recruiting a clinical pharmacist to join the mental health division on a full-time locum basis. The post holder will be responsible for the medicines management of patients with severe mental health issues and will provide medicines information to Trust staff, patients and relevant caregivers. They will also be included in the production of pharmacy information bulletins and assist where necessary in medicines management project work. The trust prefers those GPhC registered pharmacists with a background in mental health but are open to training those with wards/dispensary experience in an acute hospital setting.
Working hours are 8:30am – 5pm w/ a 60 minute break – 7.5 working hours per day, 37.5 working hours per week. For the right candidate, there will be a hybrid working option where the post holder can work a maximum of 2 days remotely. This is a 6-month ongoing contract with strong likelihood to extend beyond that date.
