Our client is a UK leading company that specialises in property claims and due to future growth plans, they are looking for Client Account Manager to retain and grow the volume and value of the existing clients.

Duties will include:

To maintain and develop successful, profitable relationships and support in winning new business with existing clients
Support the development and internal and external messaging of the company's claims proposition and marketing strategy
Communicate and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Analyse problematic situations/occurrences and work with other departments to provide solutions
Ensure client Management Information is provided in line with contractual agreements and provide analysis and commentary to positively promote service as well as manage any areas of poor performance
Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with clients
Arrange corporate days and evenings with clients where appropriate to do so, to build and strengthen relationshipsThe successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, have strong problem solving skills and be able to maintain and grow client relationships. Previous Account Management experience within the Construction/ Building industry is essential.

This position is home based; however, you will be required to travel to client offices to support general account management and good customer relationships as well as conferences. You are also required to occasionally travel to the main office in Aylesbury to work with the team and attend ad hoc meetings.
