The Home & Your role
You will become the Deputy Manager of their Children’s Home providing support Young People aged 11-19 years of age with Learning Disabilities & Autism. Supporting the Registered Manager, you will lead a team of Residential Support Workers, be a natural leader who is nurturing, encouraging, and guiding them in their roles. You assist in keeping the support we offer fresh, creative, and genuinely person centred.

The children have their own distinct personalities; however, they live well as a group too. The children are very happy and contented because the team provide a nurturing environment and spend quality time with the staff team.

* You will be required to Register with Ofsted.

* Qualified to Level 3 in Children & Young People.

* Experience of supporting vulnerable people with learning disabilities.

* Experience of supervising a team.
