Swanstaff Recruitment are looking an experienced childrens support worker to work with our client in the Aylesbury area.
Our client has multiuple homes who support young children with disabilities. These children live within the homes and require 24/7 support for their complex needs.
The Job Role:
* To provide peronalised support to each child on shift as per their care plan which has been drawn up to ensure all of their needs are met daily
* To encourage and interact with the children to ensure they get the most out of each day
* Encourage and engage with the children whilst supporting them theough appointments & activities
Shift Times:
* Mon – sun 07.00-14.00, 07.00-14.00, 07.00-22.00, 15.00-21.00
* Some nights may also be required
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months experience in the UK in the last 5 years is essential
* Experience with working for children is preferred
* A fully enhanced DBS is essential – we can arrange this for you
