Salary: £36,000 to £45,000
Hours: 08:30am to 4:30pm (Mon – Thurs) and 8am to 3:30pm (Fri)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Near Aylesbury
Syntech Recruitment are looking for a candidate for this incredible opportunity to join a prototype machining client based near Aylesbury.
Chief Quality Inspector Duties:
* To carry out inspection using manual inspection tools, CMM, Visual Checks, etc.
* To be efficient with First Offs, Final Inspections and Patrol Checking (Random Spot Checks)
* To be able to use CMM measurements to confirm very precise specifications.
* Be able to analyse potential issues or trends using CMM Data.
Chief Quality Inspector Profile:
* Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field (Masters Degree preferred but not essential)
* Hands on experience in aerospace precision engineering.
* Knowledge of aerospace regulations, including AS9100.
* Experienced leading a team
* Excellent problem solver.
