Pertemps Aylesbury are currently supporting a client who is seeking two Customer Service Operators for a minimum of one month

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering an excellent level of Customer Service, this is a wonderful opportunity!

Working within the Customer Service team you will be responsible for the outbound calls supporting people within the local community.

Main responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to customers who have been refered to the service – These customers are expecting to be contacted
Showing compassion to customers and actively listening to their requirements
Refer any complex issues or requests to your line manager
Complete a wide variety of data entry tasks
Managing all elements of input into the in-house systems
Full training provided

This role is suited to someone with a strong administration background or previous experience within a call/customer service environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm
Payrate: £11.95 per hour
