Are you a CAD Technician who is proficient in Solidworks looking for an autonomous and varied role where you will produce designs for new and existing products within a specialist Manufacturer who are known for working on a number of exciting projects for F1 and MotoGP teams and offer fast progression in to a Senior Designer?
On offer is the opportunity for to join a leading consultancy for the design, development and fabrication of precision components and thermal insulation solutions for motorsport and other global high-tech industries.
This varied role will see you working within the tight-knit Design team and reporting to the Engineering Manager as you produce detailed drawings for new and existing Thermal products to support the manufacturing and sales teams. You will produce detailed drawings and 2D and 3D designs as you influence projects from cradle to grave.
This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar who is proficient in Solidworks looking for a varied role within a specialist Manufacturer who are known for their long-term staff retention, dynamic projects and fast progression.
The Role:
* Mechanical Design for special purpose automotive parts
* Design for prototyping and manufacturing
* Produce Technical Drawings
* Produce 2D and 3D Designs on Solidworks
* Work within tight-knit Design team- reporting to Engineering Manager
The Person:
* CAD Technician
* Proficient in Solidworks
* Commutable to Aylesbury
