Job Title – Business Support Administrator
Temporary – 3 month contract
Location – Aylesbury based
Work Schedule – Fully office based
Hours – Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Pay Rate – From £10.92 to £11.81 per hour depending on experience

On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join the Central Support team in Aylesbury. Working alongside the team, you will play an important role in providing administrative support to the Adult Social Care teams

About the role
As a Business Support Administrator, you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding team, Dols team and Occupational Therapy team
Managing the team inbox
Managing both inbound and outbound phone calls
Updating information using MS Word, MS Excel and LAS (full training will be provided)This is a temporary position for three months, though there is potential for this to be extended further. The pay rate is from £10.92 to £11.81 per hour depending on experience, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week.

The Aylesbury office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP20 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40.

About you
The successful candidate(s) should have:
Previous experience working in an administration role or similar
Have an interest in working within Adults Social Care
NHS experience is ideal but not essential
