£200/day van and bonus

We have a client looking for a Carpenter Multi trader to join their team on an ongoing long term basis working on projects around Aylesbury and surrounding areas.
Projects: Fitting wet rooms for disabled clients in domestic properties and care homes.
Rate/ Bonus scheme £1000 a week with a company van if one wet room a week is completed including the following: Rip out of old bathroom, fitting new shower, 8m of tiling and prepping floor for specialist floor laying company.
Anything completed after the above duties is then paid as a bonus of £50 per item fitted on top of the £1000 a week including Wash basin, Tiolet and radiators.If bathrooms are complete Early finishes or Fridays off are an option.
TRIAL PERIOD WILL BE PAID AT £180 A DAY FOR ONE BATHROOM !!
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years fitting bathrooms including fitting wet rooms.
Solid experience with plumbing and carpentry
Full driving license
Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
Local to the Thame/ Aylesbury areas
