Band 6 Community Physiotherapist: Hunter AHP have an opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to secure an ongoing locum contract in a community environment. The service includes providing rehabilitation and care and rehabilitative services for patients.
Community Physiotherapists work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team.
Ideal candidate will have general assessment for discharge skills, community services experience and care of elderly experience.
