Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Milton Keynes.
Salary / Benefits £23k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor.
Profile: Our client is a multi-discipline environmental company who cover contracts across the UK, working on a mix of Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Leisure sites. Due to increased workloads they are now looking to take on a qualified and motivated asbestos surveyor, based in the Milton Keynes area. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience carrying out Asbestos surveys on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Bicester, Whitney, Oxon, Aylesbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Southampton, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Luton, Oxford.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Must have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Must have good working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites
” Ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
” Using information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
