Our client, a leading UKAS accredited Risk Management Consultancy, are seeking a professional and multi-skilled Asbestos Consultant to join their growing team. This consultancy is a well-respected name in the Asbestos industry and deliver a wide range of services across the UK and overseas which include asbestos surveys, testing, analysis, project management, consultancy and training.
Key duties of an Asbestos Consultant:
Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of sites located across the South Central/South regions
Carrying out air testing, reassurance tests and 4-stage clearances
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Facilitating consultancy meetings with clients
Ensure all work carried out is in line with HSG: 264 and HSG: 248
Producing comprehensive survey and analytical reports
Assisting with the running of projectsTo be successful, is it essential that applicants possess the BOSH P402, P403, P404 qualifications (P405 is highly desirable) with a minimum of 3 years experience working as an Asbestos Consultant within a UKAS accredited company. The role will be field based so a full UK driving license is required along with good IT skills and excellent communication & client facing skills.
On offer is a negotiable basic salary between £32,000 – £38,000 along with a fantastic benefits package which includes a company car, fuel card, private healthcare, excellent overtime rates and options, company pension scheme and on-going training and development opportunities to further your career.
