My client based in Buckingham are currently looking for an Administrator to work within their busy friendly projects team. For this role, you will be required to have excellent attention to detail, have a professional and confident telephone manner, you must have excellent written and communication skills, be well organised and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.

This role will be on a full-time basis, working Monday to Fridays within their Buckingham office, due to the location of my client it is essential to have your own transport, as there are no public transport routes nearby.

Duties for this role include:

Data inputting
To provide full administrative support to the various projects.
Dealing with internal and external correspondence, both via email and by phone call
Collating and inputting time sheets and expenses on to in house system
Raising invoices
Updating reports
