My client based in Aylesbury is looking for an Administrator to manage the repairs process from initial customer enquiry through survey and quotation, to job completion. This role will involve liaising with other departments to ensure accurate job timing and scheduling of work and ensuring completed jobs are forwarded for pricing and invoicing, whilst using the inhouse system to maintain customer records.

You must have strong organisational skills and be able to problem solve. Good IT skills and the ability to understand basic technical issues is advantageous.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

In return my client offers a benefits package which includes 20 days annual leave, rising to 23 days after 1 years' service + bank holidays. In addition, pension scheme and free parking onsite.
