My client based in Aylesbury is looking for an Accounts Assistant to carry out all relevant administration work using Sage Line 50 to maintain accurate financial accounts.

Duties will include:

Purchase ledger
Inputting suppliers' invoices onto Sage and record on Purchase Order book
Ensure delivery notes and purchase orders correspond with invoices
Ensure invoices are authorised before inputting on the system
Ensure supplier statements are reconciled on monthly basis
Check and prepare expenses on a monthly basisYou must have an accounts background, strong attention to detail and be able to work well within a team. Previous experience using Sage 50 is beneficial.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
