Account Manager – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently looking for an experienced Account Manager for our client based in Aylesbury.
As an Account Manager for our client, you will be responsible for the overall operation of clients from enquiry to completion, building your own portfolio of clients.
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 7am- 4pm or 8am-5pm
Duties:
Preparing quotations and presentations for a variety of different events whilst keeping up to date with pricing and trends to remain competitive within the market.
Building relationships to secure repeat business
Proactively pursue new business
Liaise with clients daily to organise events from enquiry through to completion
Negotiating quoting and budget processes with client and suppliers to ensure budgets and profit margins are adhered to
Organising and managing all logistics to include tasks such as scheduling necessary equipment, booking transport, sourcing, and booking accommodation and travel, any other operational and administrative event related tasks.
Attending client's meetings and site visits
Requirements:
Great communication skills
Previous Account management experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
