My client based in Aylesbury manufacture precision fabrication and thermal insulation for multiple industries such as automotive, motorsports and defence.
Due to expansion plans they are looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team.
Skills & Experience:
– Ability to communicate effectively via phone, teleopne, email and in person
– Ability to form and maintain strong customer relationships both internally and externally
– Self-motivated and a team player
– The ability to read and understand engineering drawings (desirable)
– Be customer focussed
Duties:
– Understanding client requirements and suggesting solutions
– Be the initial contact for technical/sales enquires
– Providing excellent pre and post sales support
– Utilising an internal ERP system to quote and update customers on project progress
