Title: Warehouse Shift Manager (Afternoon Shift) – Aylesbury

Salary: £35,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our afternoon shift operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the afternoon shift operations in our warehouse facility.
Ensure efficient and effective management of staff, resources, and processes.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and housekeeping.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless supply chain operation.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Shift Manager in a warehouse or similar environment is essential.
Strong knowledge and proven track record of implementing improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
