Position; VAN DRIVER (7.5 TON)
Location; Stokenchurch
Salary; £30,000 per annum
Planet Recruitment have recently registered an exciting opportunity for our client based in Stokenchurch who are seeking a Van Driver (7.5 ton). The successful candidate will be flexible approach towards working hours, ideally an ADR licence and have the ability to speak to a variety of customers both face to face and in person.
Usual working hours are roughly 7am – 3:30pm (some days may finish earlier, some days slightly later). Monday to Friday.
Main responsibilities;
Operate MHE (Full training given) competently and safely
Carrying out collections and deliveries to customers across the home counties
Assist with Technical department when required
Be aware of personal responsibilities towards and health and safely
Co-operating with the Line manager and site Safety Representative to promote high standards of safety
Operating machinery and plant safely Essential experience;
Excellent communication skills
Positive and self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
Ability to work in busy environments
Minimum class C1 (up to 7.5T)
Current driver CPC
Current ADR an advantage
London driving experience
Willingness to carry out manual tasks in loading and unloading
Flexible approach to work required and hours Commutable locations;
High Wycombe, Radnage, Watlington, Chinnor, Oxford, Thame, Aylesbury, Bicester
