The lithium refiner Green Lithium has been given the go-ahead to begin work on the UK’s first large-scale facility in Teeside, which is expected to open in 2027.
As demand for electric vehicles (EVs) slowly increases, the demand for lithium batteries will also climb. This will give an enormous boost to the UK.
