Telesales Clerk
We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Clerk for our client based in Chesham. This is being recruited on a Temp – Perm basis, with immediate start available.
* Location: Chesham (relocating near Aylesbury soon)
* Pay rate: £11.30 (£23,500 per annum)
* Hours: 8:00am – 16:30pm
The successful candidate will have great telephone manner and enjoys building relationships.
The role will provide future training and development opportunities for the right individual.
As a Telesales Clerk – Duties will include:
* Follow up with direct/warm leads
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
* Answer questions about products or the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Take and process orders in an accurate manner
* Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* Experience in a similar position
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Methodical approach to work
* Good organisational skills
* Self-motivated
This is being recruited on a temp- perm basis, with an opportunity for a permanent contract after 12 weeks
