Our client in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an office based position.

Working as a Technical Account Manager, the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for both new and existing clients and will take ownership of the enquiry from start to finish/delivery.

As a Technical Account Manager, duties and responsibilities will include:

* Being the initial contact for Sales & Technical enquiries

* Building and maintaining relationships

* Understanding client requirements and making suggestions to the client to find a solution

* Using an internal ERP system to produce quotes and track progress

* Liaising with internal departments

* Providing effective pre & post-sales support

Candidate profile:

* Customer Focussed – enjoy the challenge of client service.

* Good organisational skills

* Self motivated

* Great communicator, written, spoken and face – face

* Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (desirable – training can and will be provided)

* Account Management – Experience necessary

* Technical Background – Desirable

In return, the company is offering a package of £25,000 – £30,000 doe, 25 Days holiday in addition to Bank Holidays. Staff parking, paid overtime, internal schemes.
