We are recruiting a Stock & Systems Supervisor to join our Night Shift in our Brand-New Distribution Centre in Aylesbury.
Competitive Salary + Shift Allowance
Monday to Friday – 22:00 – 06:30

As a Stock & Systems Supervisor, you will be a key member of the distribution centre ensuring that our stock control and warehouse management system is accurate and functioning for the operation to run smoothly at all times.
We will be looking for you to have strong super user experience on WSM System’s, ensuring adequate training is provided to all system users, work with and provide management with information across stock issues and changes, whilst also supporting and advising to other operational users on WMS related queries and triage any issues before logging with IT.
Stock & Systems Supervisor – Responsibilities:
Configuration and maintenance of Warehouse Management System ensuring stock, space and planning optimisation is accurate to achieve a high level of service
To assist with the site co-ordination on communication processes relating to WMS system changes / enhancements when circulated by the central IT function
Part of a team of super users who will help test UAT scripts for the Warehouse Management System.
To provide support and advice to operational users for WMS related queries and triage issues before logging defects with IT.
Assist the site Operations Team with all elements of training for the WMS to new and existing employees, also providing ongoing refresher training.
Plan and control the transfer of stock between all locations ensuring that the correct date rotations are met
Ensure the routines of layout maintenance, housekeeping processes and health checks are completed in line with the agreed schedules
Coordinate cycle counting disciplines and producing analytical data from the results that identifies trends and recommends corrective action
Monitor the capture and validate the accuracy of item data for use in the WMS and carry out corrective actions for capacity issues.
Advise management of problems which may affect operational performance
Take ownership for adherence by self and other team members to company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality processes within the operation
Stock & Systems Supervisor – Experience & attributes:
Experience of working within a stock and systems administrative or supervisory role
Have experience of stock control management gained in a fast-paced environment.
Have WMS knowledge with roll out/upgrade experience ideal.
An analytical mind with attention to detail and the ability to analyse data to problem-solve
Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload, in a time-critical, fast-paced environment
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, ideally be at an Intermediate level Excel skills
A reliable and flexible approach as some shift or weekend working may be required
