We are looking for Stock Controllers OR experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Aylesbury:

Monday to Friday – Shift times:
14:00 – 22:30

As a Stock & Systems controller, you will work with the Stock Supervisors, completing on-floor stock counts, investigating discrepancy’s, completing stock re-locations and keeping the system up to date & accurate.

We will be looking for you to have experience in stock counts, Understand Warehouse Stock Management systems and have great communication skills.
 
Stock & Systems controller – Job Responsibilities:

Plan and control the transfer of stock between all locations ensuring that the correct date rotations are met
Ensure the routines of layout maintenance, housekeeping processes and health checks are completed in line with the agreed schedules
Coordinate cycle counting disciplines and producing analytical data from the results that identifies trends and recommends corrective action
Monitor the capture and validate the accuracy of item data for use in the WMS and carry out corrective actions for capacity issues.
Advise management of problems which may affect operational performance
Take ownership for adherence by self and other team members to company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality processes within the operation
Configuration and maintenance of Warehouse Management System ensuring stock, space and planning optimisation is accurate to achieve a high level of service
Part of a team of super users who will help test UAT scripts for the Warehouse Management System.
To provide support and advice to operational users for WMS related queries and triage issues before logging defects with IT.
Undertake such additional activities as may be required 
Stock & Systems controller  – Experience:

An analytical mind with attention to detail and the ability to analyse data to problem-solve
Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload, in a time-critical, fast-paced environment
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
Intermediate level Excel skills
Excellent numerical and literacy skills
A reliable and flexible approach as some shift or weekend working may be required
