Service Administrator Vacancy – Motor Trade
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £27,500 + bonus OTE 32k
Hours: Monday – Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator for our clients site in the Aylesbury area. Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator with a good working knowledge of After sales and the processes associated. Previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity. Must have experience within the Motor trade.
Service Administrator role:
Working closely with the Service Advisors, Service Managers and the Workshop. You will be tasked with the invoicing, administration within the service department.
* Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in an a methodical and accurate manner;
* Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information;
* Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs;
* Preparing invoices; and
* Maintaining accurate payment records.
Service Administrator Requirements:
– Must have experience within the Motor trade
– Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.
– Must have strong administration skills and ability spin many plates
