Interaction Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for retail assistants for a well known supermarket chain based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
In this role as a retail assistant you will be focused on the important task of restocking products on the shelves with care and helping colleagues and customers alike. You will be trained on everything you need to know. And you will be doing the most important job there is – helping customers.
As part of a close knit team you will always have support on hand, but you will also be trusted to use your own initiative. It's about being different to everyone around you.
What's great is that you don't need to bring any specific experience to this role – you just need to bring your best attitude to work.
Duties include:
Replenishing stock, while following best practice, process and techniques
Knowing where products are located
Helping customers on the shop floor
Understanding stock rotation
Following safety procedures
In return we offer:
£11.95 per hour days
£14.40 per hour nights
£14.50 per hour Bank holidays
28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays)
An online induction will be required, prior to a induction at one of the training hubs.
