A quick look at the role:

The role of the Reactive Service Waste Executive is a support role, providing a positive and proactive service to corporate customers and domestic customers with one-off or specialist clearance requirements.

Setting up contracts and raising purchase orders.
Follow up with necessary booking information.
Dealing with inbound/outbound calls and emails.
Manage customer portals and internal spreadsheets.

Liaising with Reactive Service drivers, Logistics teams and customers.
Liaising with internal partners and external suppliers to ensure the needs of the customer are met.
Handle escalations to a certain level.

Maintain and develop positive relationships.Requirements

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Excellent administrative skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time-critical service.
Able to problem solve.
A customer focussed attitude.
The ability to work in partnership with customers, peer groups and other organisations including suppliers.
The job requires the ability to multi-task situations that are live – requiring immediate attention and the ability to deliver first-class Customer Service.
Be able to demonstrate a proactive and “can-do” attitude.
Possess strong computer skills and have a good working knowledge of MS Office

Willingness to adapt and develop skill sets and knowledge as determined by post / business

To be considered for this role you must have a flexible approach to working hours between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday (7.5hour shifts) to cover the phones and also to be able to work the occasional Saturday 10am to 2pm (on a rota basis – this is paid at overtime rate.) Benefits
