Office Administrator – Haddenham

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Manufacturing client based in Haddenham.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8:30-4:00pm

Duties:
Processing quotations of works for customers in a timely fashion, using the internal CRM system.
Processing customer orders and taking payments
Building great relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
Managing a mailbox
Answering inbound calls from customers to discuss, company products, deliveries, taking payments and technical enquires. 
Requirement:
Previous order processing/administration experience
Excellent customer service experience
Experience using CRM's and Microsoft packages
Organised, reliable, and great attention to detail
