We are currently recruiting for an experienced cleaner for a van mobile position for one of our clients who are looking to hire someone on a temp to perm basis for a minimum of 40 hours per week
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cleaner to become part of a brilliant team. As an experienced cleaner , you will be carrying out cleaning duties for a banking companies and office premises across multiple sites in Aylesbury , Chesham and Hemel Hempstead area.
They look after up to 30 buildings across the Aylesbury , Chesham and Hemel Heampstead area and are looking for someone to carry out cleaning work on a few of these buildings each day between the hours of 8am and 5pm you will receive your schedule a week in advance and will be provided with a van and a fuel card. You will need a full clean driving license and you will need to have an Experian Credit check and Enhanced DBS check but the company will pay for this and complete for you before you start.
Job objectives and responsibilities:
Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
Hovering of carpeted areas.
Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
Be able to competently mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual).
Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks (if contractual).
Clean communal kitchen areas (if contractual).

Positive attitude
Drivers licence essential – van provided.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
Previous experience in cleaning environment.
