Position: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Aylesbury
Work Type/Model: A minimum of 20 hours a week with flexible hours
Salary: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour and uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the business owner to drive all business activities and surpass income targets.
* Manage the lead generation aspect of the business.
* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to foster client recommendations.
* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
* Handle tenant inquiries and provide information on available properties.
* Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.
* Manage the letting process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and property regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Demonstrated ability to secure new letting stock.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, for building robust relationships.
* Prior experience in listing properties for lettings.
* Preferably holding an ARLA qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
* Target-oriented and resilient, with a proven history of success.
* Capacity to consistently exceed activity and income objectives.
* Motivated and enthusiastic demeanor.
* Commitment to upholding high standards of service and presentation.
* Effective organizational abilities.
* Must own a car with a valid driver's license and business insurance cover.
