What you’ll do on a typical day:

* You will be making on average 4-10 drops per day at cash and carry’s, large Superstores

* Full Time -You will be working a fixed 5 (or 6 if you wish) from 7 shift pattern with a dedicated start time consistent through the week.

* You will be delivering dairy products using loading bays where you are required to assist with rolling cages from the back of the trailer.

What you need to succeed:

* A maximum of no more than 6 points on your license

* Up to date CPC and Digital Tacho Card

* No DD, DR points on your license

* Good Knowledge of rules and regulations. Client works on 100% compliance expectation. You will have brake when supposed to have a brake, with tachograph always with mode corresponding to actual situation. No compromise to safety will ever be tolerated.

Full Job Description

We are looking for a Driver to transport clients in a comfortable and safe manner. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the truck, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments. If you have a knack for road maintenance and want to learn, we’ll teach you how to keep the truck in tip-top shape. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making driving a “life”-long pleasure.

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients about the status of their vehicle and ask about any concerns they may have.

* Arrange regular maintenance services with the truck driver (e.g. performing minor repairs, changing tires, etc.).

* Map out routes using our geospatial technology and communicate any changes or delays.

* Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers using our online system.

* Maintain contact with suppliers, dealers and service providers to ensure optimal equipment maintenance and supply services.

* Perform necessary maintenance procedures before, during and after trips (e.g. checking oil level, performing minor repairs, changing tires, etc.).

* Clean the truck daily to ensure it is ready for service on the day of pickup or delivery.

* Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations etc.)as well as with DOT regulations.

* Assist in maintenance of equipment during trips (e.g., replacing tires during the drive from home to work).

* Keep logs of usage and documentation of trips complete
