Events Administrator

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Events Administrator for our client based in Aylesbury.

You will be responsible for assisting Account Managers with general administration in relation to organised events.

Hours: 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm

Salary: £22,000

Duties:

– Proactively taking internal and external calls
– Preparing and printing meal tickets
– Updating stock inventory
– Responding to emails
– Ordering food and drinks
– Preparing invoices

Requirement:

– Previous Administration experience
– Own transport due to the location
