Delivery Driver / Stores Assistant
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £25,000
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Delivery Driver / Stores Assistant on behalf of one of our clients.
To deliver engineers and customers parts to site and assist in Stores.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure stores vehicles are road worthy and report any issues.
Deliver materials to site for Engineers.
Deliver customer orders.
Assist in stores putting away new orders Kitting jobs.
Clearing Engineer’s room.
Pumping old oil into containers.
Maintenance of Store’s vehicles.
Delivery to site on time.
Good interaction with engineering/stores staff.
Workloads managed/balanced effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience of multi drop deliveries.
Good level of oral and written communication skills.
Multi tasking.
Team work.
Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
Good geographical knowledge of area
