Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding insurance company, is seeking a Complaints Handler to join their close knit team in Aylesbury. This is an exciting role where you will have the chance to make a real difference, working alongside a supportive team, to ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating the resolution of complaints by acting as the liaison between customers, suppliers, control centre, clients, and other parties
Conducting thorough investigations and making informed decisions to ensure complaints are resolved effectively and efficiently
Handling complaints in accordance with the company's Complaint Handling Manual
Providing crucial information to Key Account Managers to assist in maintaining excellent client relationships
Managing high-profile cases to minimise the company's liabilities and recover any goodwill gesture payments made to customers
Liaising with operations to ensure adherence to company procedures, providing training and guidance as necessary

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in complaint resolution or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to empathise, handle difficult situations and provide excellent customer service
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
