Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join their busy and growing team! They are offering a modern workshop environment with the latest machine tooling.
CNC Turner Roles and Responsibilities:
* Produce high quality machined components to tight tolerances
* Program, set and operate fixed head CNC Lathes
* Maintain records to comply with ISO 9001:2015 procedures
* Completing small batch work plus prototypes
* Support the improvement of existing processes and quality control
The ideal CNC Turner will:
* Experience with Fanuc controls – On fixed head CNC lathes and/or sliding head lathes
* Experience operating and programming multi-turret lathes would be a significant benefit
* Understanding of engineering drawings and working with tight tolerances
* CAD/CAM experience (desirable)
* ISO (Apply online only) experience (desirable)
Working Hours + Benefits:
* 40 Hours a week
* Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:30
* Friday 07:30 – 13:30
* Overtime available
* 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Internal & external training offered
