Help us make a difference as Aftercare Executive (OneCall) at Biffa's Aylesbury Office.

A quick look at the role.

You will liaise with the Onecall Sales team and set up complaint contracts and follow through with the client too ensure the job has been carried out. The Executive will provide necessary paperwork and purchase orders for the booking, liaise with internal depots and suppliers, manage customer portals and support the Onecall Team manager with any other administrative jobs. Some sales and negotiating skills will be required.

Setting up of contracts and raising of purchase orders. Follow up with necessary paperwork and completion forms.
Sourcing of relevant suppliers, contract negotiation.
Manage customer portals.
Liaising with OneCall drivers and routing them to clearances
Liaising with internal partners and external suppliers to ensure the needs of the customer are met
Handle supplier escalations from the Account Management and Customer Services teams.
Maintain and develop positive supplier relationshipsRequirements

Here's what we require:

Excellent administrative skills
Negotiating skills
Proven track record of working to clearly defined service delivery KPI's
Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement within an operational / service environment
Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service
Proven administration experience with a customer focussed attitude.
Ability to work in partnership with customers, peer groups and other organisations including suppliers
Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively
Experience of building and maintaining customer and colleague relationships
Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and have a keen eye for detail
Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrate a proactive and “can-do” attitude.
Possess strong computer skills and have a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Flexibility to work 3 rotating shifts between 7am – 7pm and have flexibility to work weekends/Bank holidays on a scheduled rota basis.Benefits
