Administrator – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Administrator for our Maintenance client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £24,000
Hours: 9am-5pm
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
Duties:
To take incoming calls from clients and suppliers within SLA
To log new works orders with key suppliers, verbally and via internal systems
Investigating and responding to emails that come into the designated email accounts to ensure KPI’s are met, and all parties are updated
Managing emergency reactive jobs that are logged daily to ensure SLA’s are met and all parties are updated
Chasing open jobs and quotes to completion where possible
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to focus and refocus after being distracted
Ability to follow set processes and procedures
Experience in receiving and processing/resolving calls from inception through to
completion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & telephone manner
Experience in using Microsoft Office – particularly outlook, word & excel
