Administration Assistant required for our client, an M&E contractor with over 30 years trading who specialise in the installation of heating systems within the commercial sector across the UK, and are based in the Aylesbury area.
Due to consistent expansion over recent years, our client is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team and support in the administration tasks associated with invoicing, maintaining customer records, organising contractors, and dealing with suppliers.
The role will also involve wider administration tasks and will support the smooth running of the company's office facilities and ongoing projects. Our client is looking to offer a highly competitive salary, with a fantastic work-life balance available (daily 4pm finishes!), and an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company.
Administration Assistant Position Requirements
Strong administration background, with prior experience inputting invoices, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and providing general administration support
Experience within the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering industry highly desirable
Working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 package, and previous experience maintaining customer information through a CRM system
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Based within a commutable distance of Aylesbury

Salary £25,000 – £30,000, depending on experience
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
1 hour paid lunch break
