Role Responsibilities

As an Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Generating accurate and timely customer invoices.
Maintaining records of pallet systems and tracking inventory levels.
Allocating supplier order numbers.
Executing precise order bookings and maintaining up-to-date records of outgoing orders.
Fostering effective communication between the sales office and buying teams, facilitating a collaborative environment to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Being a first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Undertaking various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the office environment and supporting colleagues in day-to-day operations.Rewards
