Works Manager Wanted for High-Profile HS2 Structures Scheme

I am currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Works Manager to oversee a multi-million pound structures scheme for HS2. This is a high-profile project that offers a unique opportunity to work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK.

As the Works Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and construction professionals to deliver the project on time and within budget. The project consists of building 6 bridges located in Aylesbury, and you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in civil engineering or a related field
Experience in construction management, with a focus on bridges and structures
Knowledge of Formwork (FRC)
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven experience delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
Good knowledge of construction techniques and industry standards
