Waste Management Executive (Corporate Customer Service Team)
Full time and permanent
£21,500 per year.Requirements

Working in our dedicated customer service team you will be joining a well-established, fun and energetic organisation. You will be the primary contact for customers, dealing with inbound enquiries and managing these through to a satisfactory resolution, also carrying out associated administration duties.

You will have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful, but is not essential, as we will provide all the training you need.
