Stock Control Admin – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Stock Control Administrator for our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for one warehouse person, stock levels, after sales responses, and building relationship with customers.
Salary: £26,000- £27,000
Hours: 9am-5pm
Duties:
– Managing stock control/ stock rotation
– Placing orders for goods with our suppliers to ensure good availability of products
– Checking suppliers' deliveries and invoices
– Managing one Warehouse Operative
– Dealing with customer after-sales enquiries
– Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and stock on Sage
– Organising the logistics
– Quoting the customer for spare parts for machines
– Organising engineers' visits for installations of machines and repairs
Skill Requirements:
– Literate and IT literate. Sage, Microsoft Office, Google docs
– Full, clean driving licence
– Excellent customer service skills, pro-active and a good problem solver
