I am currently recruiting on behalf of a small housing developer who have a great repuattion of building quality homes. They operate wihtin the South East areas and have had new sites starting throughout 2023.They now seek a site manager to start ASAP on a permament basis, The salary would be negotiable DOE between £65-70k p/a + package. You will be employed as a permamnent site manager working Monday- Friday. This wouls start immediatley , and the site will be in the Aylesbury area. Day to day duties include : Managing trades, health and safety inductions, weekly meetingsm liasing with client , keeping to deadline, keeping to budget, ordering of materials, running site from set up to handover , customer care and general day to day running of the site. This would be a traditional build project of 30 units.
Must have proven experience and track record within housing. Must have SMTS , CSCS and First Aid all in date and current to be considered for the role.
They are looking for somebody dynamic , with strong communication skills. You must be organised, realiable, focused, professional and adapt to a fast changing environment. They need somebody who is a strong leader on site who is focused on health and safety at all times.
