Service Advisor required in Aylesbury to join a Main Dealer.

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
1 late shift a week till 8am- 6pm
1 in 4 saturday mornings 8-12:30 on rota

£24-£26k Basic, OTE £32-34k

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals and returning customers.

The role involves greeting customers into the Service department, checking through paperwork in relation to any work required on the customer's vehicle, liaising with the Workshop Technicians where required in terms of work carried out on the vehicle, arranging collection or delivery of the vehicle & taking payments.

The job will also involve carrying out duties in the Parts department which will include: Keeping the workshop stocked with relevant parts, Managing stock levels and sourcing parts from various suppliers. Provide accurate estimates for parts, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly., Looking up parts and quote prices for parts using parts catalogues for vehicles

Main Dealer experience would be beneficial but would consider someone from an independent service background.

Motor Industry experience in a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role
Computer literate;
Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
