Responsibilities:

The successful Teaching Assistant will have the privilege of working in either the primary, secondary, or Post 16 department and will undertake the following responsibilities:

Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver captivating lessons.
Provide individual and group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in developing and implementing customised education plans.
Utilise sports and physical activities to inspire and motivate students.
Serve as a positive role model, fostering an environment conducive to learning.
Work harmoniously with colleagues to promote students' overall development.
Monitor and document students' progress, communicating findings as needed.
Foster social and emotional well-being through effective communication skills.Required Experience:
