Sales & Marketing Executive – Aylesbury, Bucks
Salary up to £32,000 (Depending on previous experience)
Annual company bonus, plus the potential to earn bonus in the role (to be discussed)
Hours – Monday to Friday, 09.00am – 17.00pm (hours can be slightly flexible)
28 days annual leave, plus 3 days extra for Christmas closure

Due to growth and expansion, this innovative SME is looking for a new Sales & Marketing Executive to work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to help maintain relationships with their current customers, and also help to grow the business. Specific product training will be provided, but previous experience in an Inside/Internal Sales role in some kind of technical capacity will be an advantage.
The Role:
* Follow up on sales leads and quotations
* Identify and solve customer issues if they need help
* Maintain/ develop customer base via email marketing, phone calls etc
* Contact customers via email who have ordered in the past, with the aim of gaining repeat orders
* Help maintain and add copy to the company website
* Digital marketing activities such as using Mailchimp, Google ads etc
* Identify and establish new business opportunities
* Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and customer/supplier meetings (accompanied)
* Key point of contact for customers (Account managing)
* Work towards a customer facing sales & marketing role in future
You'll be working mostly in the family feel office based near Aylesbury, but with customers based throughout UK and Europe, some travel could be in involved in the role in future. This is a varied and interesting role and the company is extremely busy, so this is a chance to really make the role your own!
The Person:
● Experience in either an Internal Sales, Sales Admin or Sales & Marketing role
● Experience in Digital Marketing would be an advantage
● Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team
● Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, high attention to detail
● Good organisational skills, punctuality and timekeeping
● A flexible approach to working activities
● Full UK Drivers licence is required
.
