Sales Administrator – 12 Month Maternity Contract – Aylesbury
Working for a successful family run automotive Business which has served the local car trade for over 45 years!
With a turnover of over £30m, our franchises are among the most successful in the country.
You'll have the opportunity as a Sales Administrator to provide a key role supporting the entire business.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate & timely processing of customer orders
Ensuring all info is received in time for scheduled delivery of vehicles
Invoicing new & used Vehicles
Taxing & registration of new vehicles
Maintaining vehicle stock records
Liaising with workshop to ensure required works completed on new & used vehicles
Use of industry specific systems
Supporting month end procedures
About You:
Preferably previous vehicle administration experience.
Good organization & time management skills
Competence with excel, MS office & preferably experience of Pinnacle DMS/ other dealer management system
Team player with positive, can do attitude & a good eye for detail
Timely & accurate processing
Cultivating & maintaining good internal business relationships
