Our client is a UK leading company that specialises in property claims and due to future growth plans, they are looking for Remote Claims Technicians.
Duties:
Processing claims
To act as the main point of contact for customers and clients
Ensuring service level agreements (SLA's) are adhered to
Check supplier estimates and invoices are equal with the cause and extent of damage reported by customers and insurers
Use recommended price tables, digital photos, questioning techniques and policy documents to determine the appropriateness of estimates
Updating jobs correctly on in house system
Handling low level complaints Previous claims experience is essential.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, have a positive can-do attitude and be confident in speaking to people at all levels. In addition, you will need to be able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
You will be required to attend the 3 day induction period which is based in their head office in Aylesbury. All costs such as travel, hotel and food will be covered by the company during this time.
